Bio

After an amateur passion for acting throughout her life, Andrea Bolton has branched out into the professional screen acting and model scene in 2024.

Recent roles included an intimidating interviewer for the afterlife, a feisty German employee and several extras roles.

Andrea is constantly updating her skills with courses at the prestigious NIDA and via other learning avenues like online acting coaching with Peter Valentino, actor, teacher and director from LA.

Andrea has been a banking and office professional in a pharmaceutical firm as well as worked in HR in her professional life. Her biggest role to date is being a mother to a 15 year old teen with autism and advocating for him with disability services like the NDIS.

Hailing from Germany and having moved to Australia in 2003, she is a German native speaker and speaks several other languages like French, Spanish and Dutch conversationally. She has been singing in a choir as soprano and enjoys ballroom dancing. She loves travelling, spending time with husband, son and her little dog, socialising with friends and is not afraid of a challenge to try something new.

Others would have been afraid of starting a new career near retirement age, not so Andrea. She is embracing wholeheartedly the chance to make her passion for acting her future career. Her motto is everyone is “Deserving 2 Sparkle” at any age and she is looking forward to expanding her skills and showing her talent in exciting new roles in the Australian film, TV and commercial industry.
